A notable example of irresponsible reporting. Just a thought: if this is, indeed, accurate is it really the kind of information that we want announced to the world? "What fresh hell is this"? Now I'm not versed in the ways of warfare and the Stygian maze of "diplomacy" but is it SOP to inform one's "enemies" of one's plans (and the details of the funding for those plans)? Is this simply a case of brinksmanship taken to the nth degree?
